So you want to experience the joy of serving Jesus by leading children and youth in our church? What an exciting journey awaits you! Recognizing that we are giving you access to the most vulnerable members of our congregation, we will ask you to follow through on some paperwork and process before we officially place you in our ministries with children and teens.
**All new volunteers need to be fully screened before they can start volunteering and have attended UDAC for a minimum of 6 months before serving in KidZone or ISC Youth**

For those under the age of 18

For those 18+ who have served for longer than 3 years, OR for those who have taken a break from serving and need to update their application
